We want you to love every pair. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Store Credit We offer store credit on eligible items returned within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
How to Request a Return Contact us at admin@SparksDesignz.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Once approved, we'll send you return instructions. Store credit will be issued within 3–5 business days of receiving your return.

Exchanges We're happy to exchange for a different size or style, subject to availability. Contact us to arrange an exchange.
Shipping Costs Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
